Hey everyone! How much did I miss DA community...a lot. I'm trying to get back in the game. I can't believe the last time I updated this was in 2010. Time really flew. I'm still working in software but I think I will be leaving that internship soon. It was a great opportunity that has allowed me to travel in Asia (and currently, I'm in Nairobi, Kenya). It's a lot of inspiration that I wish I had acted on more but I really let a lot of time get away from me. Long story short, a lot has happened. I've gone through work politics, friend issues, hospital stays and breakups. I'm trying to recover, financially and otherwise and try to get a grip on things. And I hope to get back into my first love, which is writing and art. I've always been scared there would be a level of non-security about fully embracing this as a career path and for me, personally because I'm always traveling and living in one city or another and generally not settling down. But after my tough 2012 start (which included both my hospital stays, one of which was in ICU), I've been thinking about what would really make me happy.

Anyway, that's probably too many feels for one post. I hope to get back in the game and grow up a little bit more. Thanks everyone for dropping by and taking a look at fanart and stuff. I hope to produce some really great new illustrations and more fanart of new things I'm really getting into lately!
